This is supposed to just list the current status. Each document is likely to need its own page because they are likely to run at different steps. Either way, a table showing the documents and their status should just be listed. If there isn’t anything, then a blank table with a note that nothing is currently under review is sufficient.

Based on the Public Review Process document, the documents listed here are currently in the highlighted phase below.

I have been using yellow (with cYEL) in the box that is the current phase. Other ditaa colors could be used. This could be removed completely for just note about the phase.

Important

If you are making any adjustments to the Review Process from what is documented in your primary document, these should be called out here to be clear. They should have a separate heading to be clear.
